FREE Discovery Consultation

This is everyone's first step! Booking this short, free, introductory consultation will serve as a meet & greet with a provider to identify your health concerns, wellness goals, and desired plan of action.

During this brief session, we will determine if our treatment program can help you reach your wellness goals and needs.

Next Step: New Patient Consultation

New Patient Virtual Consultation

After review of your summited comprehensive medical intake and initial bloodwork, a uniquely curated Plan of Care (POC) will be generated for you. This will be reviewed during this consultation.

A second session may be necessary to review any follow-up screens or bloodwork necessary to establish medical clearance to begin your desired program. If so, it is included in the singular NP consultation fee.

Wellness Programs

Once medically cleared, your journey can begin!

Programs consist of a tailored protocol to follow, elected therapeutics shipped discreetly to you, monthly provider visits to monitor progress, and weekly assessments (if applicable to your program) to keep you on-track.

Programs are month-to-month with an initial 3-month program commitment (more info in FAQ).
