You Have Questions. We Have Answers.
What services do you offer?
Wellness programs focused on preventative & restorative healthCARE.
Where can I find your fees for service?
All programs include a treatment plan tailored to you, uniquely.
And so, program cost will depend on the complexity of the Plan of Care and therapeutics selected to reach goals.
Generally speaking, programs start around $250/month. However, your uniquely curated program may be higher or lower. To be as transparent as possible, an Estimate of Cost for your initial 3-month program is provided for review prior to enrollment.
Programs include a comprehensive plan of care, monthly provider visits, periodic lab recheck analysis, applicable therapeutics and supplies shipped discreetly to you, and if appropriate, nutritional education, and fitness guidance.
General costs associated with care:
- 15-minute discovery consultation: FREE
This brief video chat is used to determine if our treatment program aligns with your needs and goals.
- New patient consultation for elected program: $99
Here, we evaluate your medical history, comprehensive intake questionnaires, and requested blood work and/or specialty screens to produce a Plan of Care (POC) aligned with your goals.
- At least three (3) monthly provider visits: No additional cost.
- 24/7 patient portal provider messaging: No additional cost.
- Fitness Guidance (if applicable): No additional cost.
- Nutritional Guidance (if applicable): No additional cost.
- Established patient provider visit (outside of the included monthly visit): $100 per visit.
** Visits with KCS specialty providers (if available) such as a mental health nurse practitioner or a nutritionist may incur additional costs.
How do your treatment programs work?
Our services are designed to be implemented in a comprehensive fashion, addressing a selected need or concern.
Each treatment program includes a comprehensive health assessment, monthly provider visits, applicable therapeutics & supplies, educational material, including nutritional & complementary health resources and guides, for a holistic treatment approach.
Why do we impose an initial three-month treatment commitment?
We are committed to a cellular medicine. Simply stated, you did not arrive to your current state yesterday, you will not achieve your desired state, tomorrow. A high level of commitment is necessary for significant improvements. We want to be transparent in our approach, and recognizing the essential time and financial commitments upfront allows patients to properly plan for success in our programs.
While most patients may notice improvement during this time, the MOST benefit to the patient is actualized when treatment plans are followed consistently for at least six months, sometimes over a year or for life, depending on the health concern. This is exceptionally true for most peptide, hormone balancing, and weight management programs.
Do you take insurance?
KCS eWellness does not accept any insurance for services. We operate as a direct pay practice. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA payments.
We require a payment method on file at the time of booking. We aim to provide the most flexibility with treatment program costs by offering full program payment or a month-to-month full payment plan.
You can use your health insurance benefits to complete lab analysis panels and/or specialty screens recommended for your treatment program (see below).
However, program recommendations may also include additional specialty screens, like genetic testing, nutrient deficiency testing, allergy testing (food, environment, etc.), GI mapping, and certain hormonal screenings that incur an additional cost. In our experience, these studies are not routinely covered by health insurance policies, however we will gladly provide you a with a lab requisition (script). We can also arrange for a discounted cash-pay rate through our affiliated laboratory partners (recommended).
Please keep in mind, it is the responsibility of the patient to understand their health insurance policy benefits, which laboratories are in-network for your plan, and to work directly with their health insurance policy holder and the laboratory to ensure their lab work/ specialty screens are reimbursed or covered through their health insurance plan benefits. KCS will not be able to help you in this effort. KCS affiliates with LabCorp, Quest, Rupa Health, & Access Medical Laboratories nationwide.
Can KCS eWellness become my primary care provider?
Our treatment programs are focal to specific concerns. Additionally, telehealth has its limitations.
With that, all KCS patients are required to maintain a local primary care provider outside of our services to continue important routine screenings and to address medical concerns outside our services as well as any emergencies.
Is peptide therapy included in treatment programs?
YES! Though nearly all of our treatment programs include options for peptide therapy. Please note however, not all patients will meet the criteria. We will review your medical history, comprehensive bloodwork, and any current treatment plans (internal and external) to determine if you are a candidate for peptides.
*Please be aware, therapeutics and supplies (including peptides, hormones, amino acids, and supplements) dispensed from a US-based specialty compounding pharmacy cannot be refused at delivery, returned to the pharmacy, or cancelled for a refund. Please see our refund policy for more information.
How often am I required to complete blood work?
New patients are provided a lab requisition (script) to complete necessary blood work for their elected treatment program. This blood work is reviewed during the new patient consultation.
After this initial review, the need for repeat blood work will depend on the treatment program elected. Some treatment options require more frequent blood analysis, especially in the beginning of care before the patient becomes stable on the treatment plan. This is to ensure we are titrating your treatment doses adequately and safely.
Alternatively, there may be saliva and/or urine testing options that offer reliable results for some studies. If you are interested, let us know.
*Please read above section "Do you take insurance" regarding using health insurance to cover or reimburse out-of-pocket laboratory costs.
