We are a cash-pay service and accept debit card, credit card, and Zelle payments. Clients pay one flat fee for a new patient telehealth consultation and, if desired, one flat fee for a results review telehealth visit. Advanced screenings, comprehensive laboratory tests, and genetic studies are priced, purchased, and facilitated through our lab service partners.
If elected by the client, we review results during the result review telehealth visit. While we do not treat any medical conditions or provide preventative wellness services, we may provide suggestions for next steps and offer connectivity to a major wellness dispensary for supplement exploration and/or a genetic counselor for support, if desired.
During the new patient consultation, you will meet with a board and specialty-certified nurse practitioner who will review your screening selections and screening goals. Depending on your selection, the NP may need to collect your past medical history, current medical status, and your family medical history. If you are unsure on which screens would be appropriate for your goals, the NP can review appropriate options for your consideration and selection.
For hereditary cancer and genetic testing, a pedigree depicting the occurrence of genetic disorders, mutations, and/or phenotypical traits through the last three generations of your immediate family may be needed. Please have this information available, if able.
If elected by the client, the result review visit will serve to review the outcome(s) of the screening exams completed. This is the most opportune time to receive tailored next-step suggestions and/or request to be connected to a genetic counsellor, if desired.
